Creamy Spinach White Pizza

Time:

  • Prep: 15 minutes
  • Cook: 15–20 minutes
  • Servings: 2–4

Ingredients:

  • 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 1 cup fresh spinach (or frozen, drained well)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven
Preheat to 450°F (230°C). If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven while it heats.
  2. Prepare the spinach
In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for about 1 minute. Add spinach and cook until wilted (or heated through if using frozen). Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  3. Roll out the dough
Stretch or roll your pizza dough into your desired shape and place it on a baking sheet or pizza peel.
  4. Add the base
Spread ricotta evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
  5. Top the pizza
Add the cooked spinach, then sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  6. Bake
Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  7. Finish & serve
Remove from oven, add red pepper flakes if desired, slice, and serve hot.
